During my time at Thomson Local I was responsible for all internal and external artwork from email signatures to websites. Below is a selection of ad-hoc items I have worked on over the years.

Telesales Script

While working as the Campaign Designer for Thomson Local, I was responsible for generating sales leads for our telemarketing teams with targeted html email campaigns. Historically, telemarketing worked from carefully written scripts on scraps of paper or training notes. I designed and created a step by step digital script with everything sales would need to know at the click of a button, including Introduction, Handling Objections, Pain Points, Product Information, Close and Consolidate. With the introduction of this new digital script, sales increase by over 30%

MPU Graphic Banners

As with Google, companies advertising on thomsonlocal.com got more clicks and calls when they appear at the top of SERPs. Occupying a position at the top of the page came at a premium and after pitch my idea for a more visually pleasing advertising opportunity, we launched the MPU Graphic Banner.

Sales Incentives

Working with Sales Support and the SMT, I was involved in the creation of sales incentives from Certificates to Competition Posters. I created the High Flyers board game to help record sales and encourage fun and competitive atmosphere.

Christmas Invites and Conference Artwork

Each year Thomson Local would invite all staff to the Annual Christmas Conference to celebrate the years achievements. Below is a selection of invites and drinks vouchers I have created for various conferences.
